Terms of Service – BidHaul

By creating an account or using BidHaul (“Platform”), you agree to the following:

1. Platform Only – No Service Provider Role

BidHaul is a technology platform that connects individuals seeking services (“Customers”) with independent service providers (“Haulers”).

BidHaul does not perform, provide, or control any services listed on the Platform.

All services are provided solely by independent Haulers, not BidHaul.

2. No Employment or Agency Relationship

Haulers are independent contractors and are not employees, partners, agents, or representatives of BidHaul.

BidHaul does not direct, control, or manage how services are performed.

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

BidHaul makes no guarantees regarding:

  • Quality of work
  • Completion of jobs
  • Pricing outcomes
  • Reliability or conduct of users

All interactions and agreements are solely between Customers and Haulers.

4. User Responsibility

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Comply with all local, state, and federal laws
  • Not engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful behavior

Users are solely responsible for their actions, communications, and transactions.

5. Payments & Escrow

Payments made through the Platform may be processed by a third-party payment provider.

Funds may be held temporarily and released based on platform rules.

BidHaul is not a bank and does not hold funds for its own use.

Disputes regarding services must be resolved between the Customer and Hauler. BidHaul may, but is not obligated to, assist in dispute resolution.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BidHaul shall not be liable for:

  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Financial loss
  • Service disputes
  • Actions or omissions of any user

Use of the Platform is at your own risk.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BidHaul from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your interactions with other users
  • Your violation of these Terms

8. No Endorsement

BidHaul does not endorse, verify, or guarantee any user, listing, or service.

9. Account & Access

BidHaul may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of these Terms or harmful behavior.

10. Modifications

BidHaul may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

By using BidHaul, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these Terms.
