SMS Terms – BidHaul LLC

By opting in to BidHaul SMS alerts, you agree to receive text messages from BidHaul LLC ("BidHaul") related to bids, new jobs, payment status, messages, completion reviews, deadlines, disputes, refunds, payout status, and support issues. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of SMS may not stop important in-app or email notices.

Program Details

Opt-In

Opt-in is not required as a condition of purchase or of using BidHaul. You opt in by checking an unchecked SMS consent box during signup or in your Notification Settings and providing a valid mobile phone number. By opting in, you confirm you are the subscriber of the mobile number provided.

Message Types

  • New job alerts (for haulers in their service area)
  • Bid updates and acceptance confirmations
  • Payment status updates (including "Payment Held")
  • Job messages between customer and selected hauler
  • Completion review and release-of-funds reminders
  • Completion deadline reminders and missed-deadline alerts
  • Dispute and refund updates
  • Hauler payout status (including high-value admin review)
  • Support replies, account, and security notices

Frequency, Rates & Carriers

Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You can opt out of BidHaul SMS messages at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any BidHaul SMS. You can also disable Text Alerts in your Notification Settings.

After opting out you will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS, unless you resubscribe by replying START.

Privacy

BidHaul does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
