BidHaul LLCHauler Terms – BidHaul LLC
Last Updated: June 26, 2026
These Hauler Terms summarize how the BidHaul marketplace works for haulers and the responsibilities you accept when bidding on and completing jobs. They are part of the BidHaul Terms of Service.
1. Independent Service Provider
Haulers are independent service providers, not BidHaul employees. You are responsible for the work you perform, including proper disposal, transportation, labor, equipment, vehicle, insurance, licenses, permits, disposal fees, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws.
2. Bidding
Before bidding, decide whether you can safely and legally complete the job. By bidding, you agree you can complete the job for the bid amount and within the customer's selected deadline after payment is secured.
You may not bid on, complete, or receive payout from your own posted job.
3. Payment Held & Address Access
When a customer accepts your bid and pays, the funds are held by BidHaul. The exact address and customer contact details are shared with you only after payment is secured. Losing bidders do not receive the exact address.
4. Completion & Photos
Complete the job as agreed, upload finished/completion photos, and communicate with the customer if there are delays or issues. Photos may be required before a job can be marked complete.
5. Customer Deadlines
The customer's completion deadline starts after payment is secured. If you can't meet the deadline, contact the customer or BidHaul as early as possible. Missed deadlines may lead to refund requests, extended deadlines, or disputes.
6. Payouts, Fees & Promos
You are paid only after the job is completed and payout is approved or released. You must finish Stripe Connect payout setup before receiving funds.
BidHaul deducts a standard 5% platform fee from completed payouts, unless a promo, discount, or admin-approved fee adjustment applies. Promo/discount rates may be temporary and may have expiration dates. If a promo is active when payment is secured, BidHaul may lock that rate for the job. Your estimated payout shown in the app already reflects fees and active adjustments.
BidHaul may delay, hold, block, or review a payout for disputes, refund requests, missed deadlines, fraud concerns, Stripe issues, incomplete payout setup, high-value review, or other support issues.
7. High-Value Jobs Over $1,500
Jobs with accepted bids over $1,500 require BidHaul admin review before payout is released. The status appears as "Pending Admin Approval". High-value jobs do not follow the standard automatic release timer.
8. Disputes
You may contact BidHaul if the customer is unavailable, the job is different than described, unsafe, restricted, or otherwise cannot be completed as posted. When a dispute is open, BidHaul may hold payout while reviewing photos, messages, and job details, and may approve payout, refund (full or partial), extend the deadline, or close the dispute.
9. Messaging
After payment is secured, you and the customer can message inside BidHaul. BidHaul may review messages for safety and support. Keep job-related communication inside BidHaul whenever possible.
10. Prohibited Items & Illegal Dumping
Don't accept jobs involving illegal, hazardous, restricted, or unsafe materials unless you are legally qualified. You are responsible for proper legal disposal. Illegal dumping is prohibited and may result in account suspension and reporting to authorities.
11. Fraud & Self-Dealing
Don't create fake bids, fake completions, fake reviews, or attempt to pay yourself. BidHaul may block bids, hold payouts, suspend accounts, or cancel jobs for fraud, self-dealing, payment abuse, or suspicious activity.
12. Admin Control
BidHaul may review, hold, approve, block, refund, partially refund, or delay any payment or payout when needed for safety, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, payment processing, high-value review, missed deadlines, or support issues.
