How It Works for Customers
Post your junk removal job, receive private bids, and choose the offer that works best for you.
1. Post a Job
Add photos, a short description, and your general location.
2. Receive Private Bids
Local haulers submit private offers. Only you can see the bids.
3. Accept Your Favorite Bid
Choose the bid that works best for you and pay securely through Stripe.
4. Job Gets Completed
The selected hauler completes the job and uploads completion photos.
5. Review or Dispute
You have 1 hour to confirm completion or report an issue. If no action is taken, the job is automatically marked complete and payment is released.
How It Works for Haulers
Browse open jobs, submit private bids, and get paid after completing accepted jobs.
1. Browse Open Jobs
View available junk removal jobs in your service area.
2. Submit a Private Bid
Enter your bid amount. Only the job poster can see your offer.
3. Get Selected
If the poster accepts your bid and completes Stripe payment, the job moves to In Progress.
4. View Pickup Details
After payment is secured, you can view the pickup address and customer contact info.
5. Complete the Job
Remove the junk, upload completion photos, and submit the job as finished.
6. Get Paid
The customer has 1 hour to review. If approved or no response is made, your payout is released.
How Pricing Works
Posters pay only the accepted bid amount — no service fee added on top. BidHaul deducts a 5% platform fee from the hauler's completed payout. No upfront costs. No hidden fees.
Bids are private
Only the job poster can see the bids submitted on their job. Other haulers never see competing offers.
Payments are secured through Stripe
Your payment is held securely by Stripe until the job is completed and confirmed.

We connect you with independent haulers. We do not provide junk removal services directly.
