How haulers bid
Independent local haulers review job details and submit private bids. The customer chooses the offer that works best. BidHaul keeps a 5% platform fee from the hauler's completed payout.
Disputes & refunds
Cancel before accepting a bid at no cost. If a hauler no-shows or the job isn't completed as agreed, you can open a dispute and receive a full or partial refund through Stripe. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
