• SMS notification preferences and opt-in consent records
• Basic device and usage data for security and reliability

• Creating and managing your account
• Posting jobs and submitting bids
• Processing payments, refunds, and hauler payouts through Stripe
• Managing completion deadlines and customer review of completion
• Customer support and dispute review and resolution
• High-value job admin review (jobs over $1,500)
• Fraud prevention, self-bidding detection, and platform safety

Exact pickup address and customer contact details are hidden from public users and non-selected haulers. Before payment is secured, haulers only see general location information such as city, ZIP code, and approximate map area.

Exact address and customer contact details are shared only with the selected hauler after the customer accepts the bid and payment is secured. Losing bidders and non-selected haulers do not receive the exact address.

After payment is secured, the customer and selected hauler may message each other inside BidHaul. BidHaul may monitor, store, and review job messages for safety, support, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and policy enforcement. Customers and haulers should keep job-related communication inside BidHaul whenever possible.

BidHaul does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS consent information is used only to send BidHaul service messages such as bid alerts, new job alerts, payment status, messages, completion reviews, deadlines, disputes, refunds, payout status, and support issues.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any BidHaul SMS, or by turning off Text Alerts in your Notification Settings. See the full SMS Terms.

We share only the information necessary for the following service providers to operate BidHaul:

• Stripe — payments, payouts, identity verification
• Telnyx — SMS delivery for opted-in users
• Email provider — transactional email delivery
• Hosting / database provider — secure storage and operation of the Platform

These providers are contractually limited to processing data on our behalf. We never sell user data.

• Turn off SMS alerts in your Notification Settings.
• Reply STOP to any BidHaul SMS to unsubscribe.
• Contact admin@bidhaul.net for account, data, or privacy requests.
• Manage payment and bank info directly in your Stripe account.

We retain account, job, payment, and dispute records for as long as required to operate the marketplace and comply with legal obligations. Payment data is stored by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards. We use industry-standard security practices to protect data in transit and at rest.

BidHaul is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of BidHaul after updates constitutes acceptance.
