• General pickup location (city, ZIP) before payment
• Exact pickup address after payment is secured
• Messages exchanged between Customers and Haulers

• Stripe account and payment details (handled directly by Stripe)
• SMS notification preferences and opt-in consent records
• Basic device and usage data for security and reliability

• Creating and managing your account
• Posting jobs and submitting bids
• Processing payments and payouts through Stripe
• Customer support
• Dispute review and resolution
• Fraud prevention and platform safety
• Sending email and SMS notifications you have opted into
• Maintaining marketplace integrity and legal compliance

Your exact pickup address is hidden from Haulers until you accept a bid and payment is secured through Stripe. Before payment, Haulers only see a general area (city / ZIP) so they can price the job accurately.

BidHaul does not sell, rent, trade, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent data with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. SMS consent information is used only to provide BidHaul job alerts, account updates, payment notifications, dispute notifications, and related service messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any BidHaul SMS, or by turning off Text Alerts in your Notification Settings.

We share only the information necessary for the following service providers to operate BidHaul:

• Stripe — payments, payouts, identity verification
• Telnyx — SMS delivery for opted-in users
• Email provider — transactional email delivery
• Hosting / database provider — secure storage and operation of the Platform

These providers are contractually limited to processing data on our behalf. We never sell user data.

• Turn off SMS alerts in your Notification Settings.
• Reply STOP to any BidHaul SMS to unsubscribe.
• Contact admin@bidhaul.net for account, data, or privacy requests.
• Manage payment and bank info directly in your Stripe account.

We retain account, job, payment, and dispute records for as long as required to operate the marketplace and comply with legal obligations. Payment data is stored by Stripe under PCI-DSS standards. We use industry-standard security practices to protect data in transit and at rest.

BidHaul is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of BidHaul after updates constitutes acceptance.
